Jose L. Cadiz, President and owner of the company, has been in the construction and general contracting business for more than 30 years. He started the business as a fine woodworking and custom cabinetry endeavor and then added finish carpentry and operated as such for fourteen years. He later expanded to framing, masonry work and then to general contracting. He has been in business in the Western Washington area since 1992. Jose retired from the US Navy in 1994 after 24 years of service. During his military career he served several tours in Viet Nam. In the latter part of his naval career he was a nuclear plant inspector and instructor on nuclear processes to naval and civilian personnel. He also has a vast background in welding techniques and auto mechanics. The company employs an average of 5-9 full time employees each with their own specialty skills. Today the company has added a specialty in Gacoflex Elastomeric waterproofing and is a certified Gacoflex installer by Gaco Western LLC. Our Affiliations and Suppliers
